The EB-4 classification includes religious workers and employees and former employees of the US government abroad. Your employer should file in INS Form I-360 with the INS Regional Service Center that has jurisdiction over the location of your employment. You should have been working with your religious organization for at least two years. You should be entering the US to work as a minister or priest or similar positions.

Along with your I-360 Form you provide proof that your religious organization is a non-profit organization, a letter certifying your two-year experience and a statement as to how you would be paid for your work without depending on a second job or charities.
